Unlike most real estate brokerages, our team has a track record of investing in real estate, both personally and on behalf of clients and companies. In other words, we “eat our own cooking” and we follow the same processes, systems, and methodologies to invest for and on behalf of clients that we use for ourselves. Unlike 99% of real estate brokerage firms, we’re not just transaction agents. Most agents and brokers are simply looking for a buy or a sell, to transact and earn a commission. Our objective is not a commission, but rather to become a “sweat equity” partner by adding value to our clients. We’re almost always partners with and in the companies and clients we work with. We bring this same “partnership first” alliance mentality to each and every client we work with, regardless of our contractual arrangement.
